I can do the following forms of engagement:

• Hourly consulting for open-ended work
• Fixed price for a defined deliverable
• Longer part-time engagements, typically one to three days a week for several months.

Rates depend on the scope and are quoted after a scoping call.

I work remotely for clients anywhere, or on-site in Prague.

I can work in English or in Czech

What I can do

I can participate on multiple levels, typically covering levels from level one to your desired level:

• Strategic consulting: what will and what won't work, how to get there, and how to stay there.
• Methodological and Technical consulting: what algorithms and architectures and software to use
• Technical advisory and guidance: helping your team, reviewing
• Implementation: working on the solution myself

What I need from you

• Access to the relevant data and code, under an NDA if needed.
• A technical contact who can answer questions about your system.
• Decisions within a reasonable time, so the work does not stall.

Formalities

• I invoice as a Czech sole trader (OSVČ), in CZK, EUR, or USD.
• I sign NDAs and can work under your contractor agreement.
• I am not bound by any non-compete agreement.
